Country information

In der Schweiz gibt es die drei Netzbetreiber Swisscom, Salt und Sunrise. Die beste Netzabdeckung biete Swisscom, wobei in der Schweiz generell auch im ländlichen Raum die Netze gut ausgebaut sind. Achtung: Sunrise nutzt für sein UMTS-Angebot das in Europa sonst nicht so übliche 900 MHz Frequenzband.

Eine SIM-Karte kann nur nach Identifizierung mit einem Reisepass gekauft werden.
